Delivery Policy
All orders received through fillans.co.uk are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 3 - 5 working days of receiving the order. With products that have a longer delivery time you will be contacted personally by a member of the Fillans team, within 2 working days of receiving the order, and advised of the anticipated delivery date. Currently we only deliver to UK addresses and orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured. For a limited period delivery is free on all orders.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from fillans.co.uk then you can return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt and obtain an exchange, credit or refund. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with any attached labelling and documentation, and must be in a pristine unused condition. The goods must be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured at the appropriate level. This offer does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and any personal information you provide us with will only be used and recorded in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The details you provide may include your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. We may need this information to fulfill an order or to contact you about news and offers that we think may interest you. If you decide at any time that you would prefer not to receive messages of this kind then please send an email to let us know.

Guarantee
At Fillans we guarantee all our products against manufacturing defects and should you have any cause for complaint, you should return the item and receipt to fillans.co.uk, 36 Stonegate, York, YO1 8AS. We will then implement full remedial work at no expense to you. The guarantee does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Information On Our Website
At Fillans we make every attempt to ensure that all information and pricing is as accurate as possible. However, sometimes errors occur and in such an instance we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will then be given the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you then we will treat the order as cancelled. We cannot guarantee that colours in our images will be rendered correctly on different computer monitors

Secure Payment
We accept card payments over the phone and online. The cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, and Solo. The Fillans web site uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your card details. Our payment gateway, ProtX, has been approved by our bank to facilitate internet transactions on our behalf. All the information passed from the payment page is encrypted. The information is then effectively taken off the internet and passed to the bank on a private link. The information passed at the payment page is not held in clear text on any web site involved in this process.
